HAL-9000 and related IPs are a global vandal, there was no hack

I've carefully analyzed the server logs and HAL-9000 is in fact a global vandal. There was no account hack. Please take appropriate actions that are consistent with the policies of this wiki. Thanks! BrandonCsSanders (talk) 10:07, 6 June 2015 (PDT)

Here are some of the ips that HAL-9000 has used, there are others ... watch for IPs that are in those ranges: 

79.31.19.222  
79.54.220.113 
95.232.219.181
95.233.171.98 
95.252.11.82
