That's what I use it for. A wiki might be down for a few hours, or even a few days, but not truly be inactive. So, if I don't know what's going on with the wiki, I put it in this category. If it's still down several days later, then I mark it as inactive. --MarvelZuvembie 20:52, 6 July 2011 (UTC)
