In addition to regular content pages, the wiki offers community content pages, which host fanfiction, in-game screenshots, fan art, Fallout 76 CAMP pages and more, as well as mod content pages, which host documentation and content pages for various Fallout game modifications. These additions grant accessibility for the overall community and modders alike.
With history from the FANDOM Fallout wiki, Nukapedia, various community members decided to fork into independence and it was subsequently founded on April 8, 2022. Many of FANDOM's decisions regarding the wiki were actively hostile to the overall community and unjust; with their newfound independence, the wiki has been able to enjoy the addition of new policies, features and content on their own terms, as well as with the aid of the community.
It runs on the MediaWiki wiki engine, and contains no advertising.
