alex is a former wiki site for the Core Platform Team of MediaWiki developers of the Wikimedia Foundation (WMF). It was used as a 'showcase' Wikimedia developer portal for the MediaWiki software.
Unusually for a WMF wiki site, this wiki also used Semantic MediaWiki (SMW).
