When writing for our weblog, RecentChanges.info, just write it on the page for the wiki in question, or if writing about a larger concept, write on a page named for that larger concept. Categorize that page as "draft weblog article" and it'll show up here. When it seems ready to publish, manually link to it here and move it to Template:WikiSpotlight.
From there we'll post them to the blog!
