Highlight {{Disambiguation}}, select 'copy' (Ctrl-c or ⌘c on your keyboard), and paste (Ctrl-v or ⌘v) it at the bottom of the edit box (immediately above any additional categories) of any article or category needing it, and save it (Ctrl-s or ⌘s). Usage of this template on an article will automatically include said article into category: Disambiguation.
