Turn the one with the less correct name into a redirect. If there's any chance someone will be searching by the alternative name, might as well let them find it. Also reduces the chances for someone adding that wiki again as another duplicate.

Place

#REDIRECT [[Destination Page]] 

at the beginning of the page.

Check source page for useful contents and move it to the destination page.

If you browse a category, you could count some wikis more than once, that's not so good for statistics. Yes, I think, we shouldn't categorize redirected alternative spellings. = Your Quick Answer is right!
