The purpose of WikiGovern'd is to provide for three basic needs:
1. The need of individuals to access information about their government. 2. The need of individuals to draft platforms of common political goals. 3. The need of individuals to exercise their voice in government, to communicate the need for and the mechanisms of change in their government.
