All wiki using the [[:Category:MediaWiki|MediaWiki]] software on the internet post a full list of current Sysops of that wiki (unless they specifically choose to withold that information).  Other [[:Category:Wiki Engine|wiki engines]] are not so clear cut in proving lists of Sysops.
