I forget how the conversation went in which it was decided to create a Prisoner's Rights Wiki, but August and I were definitely the only two people involved. I may have suggested some possible options for what to make the wiki about; I know that August made the final decision to make it a prisoners' rights wiki. Beyond that, August's role was to sit there while I said, "Okay, type this..." and then type it, to get MediaWiki set up. | :I can send you the database and file system if you want. It has all that. :Since August didn't end up becoming an Inclupedia programmer, the need to have a small production wiki to test code on and play around with administering wasn't as great as it otherwise might have been.
