Vaguely I think they are mostly, do not use fo {{tag|wiki idea}}s, use the name of the idea as the page name. The reason is to have Wiki Ideas be at the top level for this [[wiki]]. Just as [[:Category:Wiki People|Wiki People]] get to the top level, while both are not top level for [[:Category:Wikipedia|Wikipedia]], the most well known wiki.
