This was because by simply copying content from one page name to another slightly different by using the 'cut/copy/paste' will remove the edit history from the original pagename - and a full edit history is part of the terms of attribution for our CC-BY-SA license. On MediaWiki, if you need to 'move' an existing page to another page which already exists as a redirect (back to the one you want to change) - you really need to delete said target redirect page first - this will then allow the correct use of the 'move' function, and more importantly, preserve all edit history. I added a gadget to display a UTC clock for those who prefer that, a gadget for a purge tab/page refresh option, wikiED (since we don't have the WikiEditor extension, I added this for those who want something similar).
