They used to block boys with the comment, ''“Your penis is too small.”'' or ''“Your penis is too small.  Come back when you reach puberty.”''  Perhaps they blocked girls with that comment as well.  A blocking sysop can’t always see the blocked user’s sex. This happened as recently as April, May 2008.  It’s impossible to tell if blocks are reasonable as the content that lead to a block is deleted.  Whatever a youngster wrote that type of comment looks like child abuse.
