	Whoa man. There was no edit summary box and I got a little freaked out there trying to figure out if rpeh and the his Band of Merry Hackers, had it removed, or if it was all Dilley's idear. Alas, the truth is it doesn't appear when you click "new section". Harmony is again restored to the universe... but perhaps I shouldn't be the one writing all the polices here.
