Hi Peu, a new template was recently created—{{tl|Down}}—which has the same purpose as {{tl|Cannot connect}}. In addition to putting the wiki into a "failed to connect" category, it also adds some text to the description. It was created by [[User talk:Wikademia|Wikademia]].
