That discussion does not speak clearly to a decision being made to use or not use this template. ~~ MarkDilley

I know that. That discussion would prompt any sensible person not to use this template until end of discussion, which is OK for me, because here no discussion ever ends in a final decision unless it is something petty like renaming a file or mending a template.
