down or archived?

Whenever You think to set status of a wiki to Down, please try one of the two first:

• add {{Down|~~~~~}} first. Possibly the downtime is only temporarily.
• Check if it is archived. If so,
  • change the URL towards the data in the archive.
  • set status to Archived.
