Career Rymx is an online career guide that anybody can edit. We believe that choosing a career wisely requires you to have a deep understanding of your personal interests and ambitions, as well as the demands and attributes of specific opportunities. Career Rymx leverages the collective intelligence of our community to provide the most comprehensive career information resource and, in the process, help individuals make better career decisions. Career Rymx was inspired by the founders of Career Next Step, a career assessment and counseling organization that helps individuals build their personality profile. In addition, the site is modeled on the pioneering work of the Wikipedia Project, to whom our emerging community is forever indebted.
