A pseudowiki is a site that calls itself a wiki or imitates a popular wiki skin (such as Vector) but is not actually a wiki. Examples would be Ensis wiki, which calls itself a wiki, and which may use a private wiki, and http://blog.wikimedia.org/ (WordPress).
