- Usage
If a wiki appears to be down and unable to be connected to, copy the following text surrounded by the dotted lines and paste it into the relevant wiki article page, ideally at or near the top of the edit box:

The five tildes (~~~~~) shown after the pipe in the above code will automatically generate and render a 'timestamp' – so as to advise and inform other readers and/or editors, in order that the wiki in question may be re-checked at a later date.
The inclusion of this status template on a wiki page will automatically list that page in the category:Possibly discontinued wikis and category:Cannot connect.
