WikiIndex:Autoconfirmed users — an autoconfirmed user is a specific usergroup containing 'auto-included' persons whom have created a user account, and who have then made at least 10 edits. Being an autoconfirmed user grants an extra privilege on the wiki over and above non-autoconfirmed users; namely being able to edit semi-protected pages.

Naturally, an IP editor can not become an autoconfirmed user!
