If you add a new wiki using the provided infobox template or form, its article page will automatically appear in this specific category. If you do not have time to add all fields of the boilerplate (and therefore the full detail of the wiki site), just paste its new wiki main page or primary URL into a new article page, and type {{Add}}, and after saving new page, it too will also show up here. It will be available for someone else to add the full boilerplate data fields structured data and full target wiki detail on it, listed in an additional category at category: Wikis to add.
