This Category: FlexWiki is either empty, or sparsely populated,
and needs to be 'populated' with articles, stubs (and / or other categories)
relevant to the subject matter of this specific category.

Include an article page in this category via one (or more) of three methods:
a. add FlexWiki in the appropriate field of its infobox template
b. 'tag' a word within the prose of the article, eg. {{tag|FlexWiki}}
c. add [[Category:FlexWiki]] at the bottom of its edit box.

FlexWiki.com was the home page for the former FlexWiki open source wiki engine.

The FlexWiki engine is very Microsoft oriented. Indeed, it was originally developed by David Ornstein at Microsoft. Implemented on the Microsoft .NET platform, it requires an ASP-based windows server to run the wiki engine, and users must use the MS Internet Explorer browser to work with the wiki. Firefox support, otherwise known as 'following web standards', was under development. Originally named SharpWiki, on 27 September 2004, David Ornstein announced that FlexWiki had been posted to SourceForge.net, it remains available for download from the SourceForge website.

The wiki is a little bit messy, perhaps partly due to the fact that people seem to use it as a big sandbox, but the software itself doesn't help. What's that 'FeatureRequests' DHTML all about hey?
