Category: In preparation — this category here on this WikiIndex wiki site is for those wiki sites which have been 'seeded' or 'conceived', that are still getting ready for the public, though not yet officially released. If all goes to plan, the next status step for the wiki article would be category:New, then hopefully followed by category:Active!
Ideally, this category should be checked on a regular basis; as most wiki articles should be either moved to 'category:New' – hopefully within six months, and certainly no more than a year without some kind of reason or justification.
