The BioShock Wiki is a wiki dedicated to the action-adventure, survival horror first-person shooter game series BioShock, developed primarily by Irrational Games and 2K Marin. BioShock was released in the United States on August 21, 2007 for the Xbox 360 and PC, and October 21, 2008 for the PlayStation 3. BioShock 2 was released for PC, Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 on February 12, 2010. The games take place in a formerly utopian city under the Atlantic Ocean, called Rapture.
