As Mark Dilley knows, I got involved in SwitchWiki a while back. Since then I've wondered off to various other wikis, but I'm still keen to see this idea develop, so hopefully I'll get time to help out.
While practising my skills with 'TIBCO BusinessWorks' I created a web-scraping bot to generate a list of Wikis by response time, scraping information from this website.
Special:RecentChangesLinked/WikiIndex:Community portal seems like a useful link. It shows what's going on around here, besides editing/adding of actual wiki description pages. This is two clicks away, but I tend to forget this nifty feature (and others are probably unaware of it).
