Tractor & Construction Plant Wiki is a highly comprehensive Wikia lifestyle (previously entertainment) wiki about the collecting and history of machinery from all manufacturers of Tractors, Construction Plant (Machinery), Steam Engines, and Trucks – initially used and / or manufactured in the United Kingdom (UK), now worldwide.
Covers the history of the firms that made the machinery, the different machines made, the collecting and restoration of vintage (old) and classic examples of these machines, as well as scale models of them.
The idea is to catalogue every manufacturer and model (type) of machine built, and list every example that is in preservation, with photos of then all. A comprehensive Encyclopedia of Tractors and Construction Plant for collectors and the enthusiast, bring together all the information scattered about in niche interest groups. If its related to the main area its ok. Sub areas are, Engines, Museums and Collections (public and private), Vintage Rallies and Steam Fairs. Databases of Serial numbers for machines.
