It allows everybody who comes along to edit and create new pages very easily. It is available four languages: German, English, Spanish, and Dutch.
Although the software has not seen any updating since June 2005, it is still available for download from the SourceForge website. Whilst this lack of development may loose favour by some, it is nonetheless a very valuable wiki engine, for a number of important, and unique reasons.
