Tor Bug Tracker & Wiki is the official wiki of Tor. Tor, originally known as 'the onion router', is a network of volunteer-operated servers with a sole aim of improving privacy and security of Tor users across the internet. A global collective, Tor is managed by The Tor Project, Inc., a United States 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization headquartered in Seattle.

Great feature
One of its wiki pages – Understanding and using Tor - an introduction for the Lay(wo)man – is a not only highly informative yet thorough description of Tor, it is also utterly engaging, due to its 'question and answer' format. It is as though the reader is actually engaged in a real-life one-to-one conversation with a professional Tor tutor.
