Orain – Wikis done right – was a free MediaWiki wiki farm from Canada that was created in August 2013. It provided an environment for creating wiki sites. All of their services were free, and there were no adverts (though they had plans to allow opt-in advertising if need be). Orain wiki customisations were open source and community developed.
Orain Meta was the 'meta' wiki used for the administration and management of the Orain wiki farm.

When you create an account on an Orain wiki, it's automatically created on all of our wikis. And since you only have to log in once to be logged into all of them, you'll rarely have to type your password. Even better, we're the only wiki farm with fully forward-secret SSL/TLS to make sure your password will be kept safe.
- Orain closure, migrate to Miraheze
In late 2015, the Orain wiki farm was closed. All existing Orain wiki sites were transferred to the new Miraheze wiki farm from the United Kingdom.
