Wikidot.org, owned by Wikidot Inc., is a stable, mature and free product that allows you to run a single wiki site or host big farms of wikis on a regular Linux computer.
Wikidot.org is the official open source version of the Wikidot.com software. Wikidot uses Ajax for clean and fast interface (no browser page-reload). It is SEO-friendly, has no limits on site size, and provides for public and private wiki sites. Lots of widgets; including allowing embedding a video from YouTube and / or Google Video, photos from Flickr, chats from Meebo, and many more.
