TestWiki, hosted on the Orain wiki farm, aims to create a friendly environment for all users to experiment with editing, permissions, extensions, and other administrative tasks. To achieve this goal, Orains' TestWiki have created several permissions, such as Administrator, File mover, Account creator, and more that may be given out for testing purposes. Users here are allowed to do pretty much anything for testing purposes, as long as their tests do not violate the testing policy.
In addition to allowing users to test permissions, there is also an administrator training program available for potential administrators. This program is general enough that the topics covered are applicable on most projects - even those outside the network.
