The owner of a wiki is the person who registered the domain name, runs the server, or is otherwise the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the hosting company. The owner may, or may not also be the founder of the wiki; there may be instances of where a founder has decided to hang up their ownership and transfer it to somebody else.
