ReadOnly wikis cannot be edited except by System Operators (Sysops).  These wikis deny users the one thing that makes wikis special. Despite the wiki format and wiki computers they are like ordinary websites where users read someone else's opinion. Many people, including stupid folks at WikiIndex think these websites are not true wiki. In fact SwitchWiki only listed OpenEdit wiki.
