Orain is a MediaWiki Farm that was created in August 2013. It is similar to ShoutWiki in providing an environment for creating wikis, except all of their services are free, there are no ads (though they have plans to allow opt-in ads if need be), and like ShoutWiki and Wikia, their wiki customizations are open source and are community developed.
