Category:Wikis with a strong viewpoint — many wiki editors are frustrated with the neutral point of view (NPOV) required in Wikipedia. To meet this, other wikis are developing where a specific point of view (POV) is acceptable, or even required. Wikis with a strong viewpoint are sometimes political, religious, or secular, or may have other viewpoints such as environmentalism, or other special interests. Some wikis with a strong viewpoint tolerate dissent. Others delete material that disagrees with their viewpoint, and treat edits against their viewpoint as vandalism.

Editors will frequently be comfortable with a wiki where they agree with the prevailing sentiment. Editors who want to argue and disagree with the established viewpoint of a wiki risk their work being deleted and can risk being banned.
