Sysop

Sysops, a shortened portmanteau of 'system operators' – of a wiki, are also known as administrators. Sysops can preform administrative functions that regular users cannot. Sysops can block difficult users or unblock them, and can delete spam or vandalism. Sysops can also protect pages, unprotect them and edit protected pages.
