Nginx Community is a wiki for the Nginx (pronounced 'engine-x') software. Nginx is a free, open-source, high-performance HTTP server and reverse proxy, as well as an IMAP/POP3 proxy server.

The wiki was originally created using the MoinMoin wiki engine, but its owner expressed concerns over the memory consumption and clunky navigation of MoinMoin;[1] the wiki now runs on the ubiquitous MediaWiki software, which is heavily modified with a custom skin.
