WikiIndex:ProjectNamespace

I am positive, yet can not find the conversations we had before about the project namespace ideas for WikiIndex. Vaguely I think they are mostly, do not use fo WikiIdeas, use the name of the idea as the page name. The reason is to have Wiki Ideas be at the top level for this wiki. Just as Wiki People get to the top level, while both are not top level for Wikipedia, the most well known wiki. It is just a matter of different community customs. ~~ MarkDilley
