Jeroen De Dauw is a software architect who has been a MediaWiki developer (core software and extensions) since 2009. Within the wider wikisphere, De Dauw has worked professionally for the Wikimedia Foundation. From 2012 to 2019, he worked for Wikimedia Deutschland primarily as a core developer for Wikidata, which is powered by the Wikibase software.[1]
De Dauw is one of the two Semantic MediaWiki maintainers.
De Dauw (together with Karsten Hoffmeyer) currently runs The Wikibase Consultancy, and owns the Berlin-based Professional.Wiki, the latter hosting MediaWiki enterprise solutions for companies using Semantic MediaWiki or Wikibase.[2]
