I proposed earlier, somewhere! :-), that we make [[WikiIndex:Category|categories]] only when we have x number of links to them, otherwise we are making a bunch of category pages for one [[wiki]]. It also might be a good feature to let newbies fill in the categories... not sure, just a thought.
