Personally though, I'm not sure of the importance of the Cite extension - here at WikiIndex, we basically just catalogue other wikis. As yet, we don't need to provide any verifiability here on WikiIndex, we leave the verifiability issue down to the actual wikis themselves. Can you think of any specific instances here on WikiIndex where using footnotes/references would be useful? It's been 5 years since any of those IPs vandalized the site, so there is pretty much no chance that they are used by the same person. I personally don't think IP addresses should be banned for more then a month unless there is persistent vandalism over a very long period of time from it. | |||
