'''Android Wiki''' was started by Dralspire on November 13, [[:Category:FoundedIn2007|2007]].  The goal of the [[wiki]] is to develop a source of information relating to [[:Category:Android|Android]] – [[:Category:Google|Google's]] open and comprehensive platform for [[:Category:Mobile phones|mobile devices]].  Android Wiki has separate wikis in multiple [[:Category:Wiki Language|languages]].  Warning: the [[Android Wiki (en)|English]] language version of the wiki is not really open to edits.  A large number of Android handsets were added to a page designed to gather this information, and were [http://en.androidwiki.com/w/index.php?title=Category:Handsets&diff=prev&oldid=3621 immediately removed] by Dralspire (though, that does look like a spam edit!).  There appears to be an undercurrent of vendor loyalty on this wiki.
