Hi [[YiFei]], couple of points. 1) we are no where any size that [[Wikipedia]] is and so from a technological and spam point of view, I don't think it is an issue there. 2) My main point is to have the wiki look as clean as it can, and yes, that is especially at an editing the page level. I think that date stamps and all the other colors, formatting in signatures is problematic - to me it is noise and adds no value to the wiki. Yes you are talking to a pre-Wikipedia person :-) So, I was playing with the idea of [http://wikiindex.org/index.php?title=Category_talk%3AActive_administrators_of_this_wiki&diff=168555&oldid=168554 moving all the "stuff"] into signatures to clean up the wiki.
