::OK, I understand that, and appreciate you want UTC timestamps. But Mark should fix the MediaWiki software (or get someone else to fix it) - so that the default timestamp is UTC, and also so that individuals can actually alter it to their own personal timezone via their own preference settings. Its a great template, but it would be a hassle for every single user to use it, when the MW software should automatically do it for us.
