Who or what is WMF? That term is not used on my userpage. Don't be so lazy about writing. That does not help anybody. Be precise! Abbreviate only terms You positively know that Your discussion partner knows about. Or do You really love 'endless' discussions and fear resolutions? :I use this template because it is the standard user template for this Wiki. And it is the standard here, because it is a MediaWiki. So, no wonder that on the Wiki of the MWF they got the same template, like on countless other MW-Wikis. To conclude anything further from this is baseless. You can see the Wikis I'm active on my user page as content of the template. No need to draw way out conclusions from the use of a standard template. Everything is already in front of Your eyes. But maybe You derive from Your own conduct, that others would behave the same?
