::I'm perfectly happy to consider the length of the block to something which ''might'' be more appropriate. But I think it reasonable and fair that I am allowed to fully detail all of my concerns (without the unrelenting barrage of harrassing talk page messages!). Then we can all openly discuss the merits (or dismiss) of each point of concern. :::I'm not going to over-rule your last change to the block - as this is just getting silly. BUT, as someone who has had daily interactions with this highly disruptive user, I would really appreciate if you personally could change the block to something considerably more lengthy, and we can then reduce the block <u>after</u> we have had time to assess the issues. As it stands, a one day block will NOT give us time to consider things in a calm and level-headed manner - and if we have a genuine desire to assess the issues <u>fairly</u> - for all parties, we need adequate time to digest the issues, rather than making a rushed decision by trying to beat the block expiry.
