From my point of view wikia stays wikia. But the seem to create new subdivisions that eventually can have their own names. wikia.org seems to be no wiki(farm) at all, but a portal for a marketing campaign. What the hype of the name "Fandom" is about, I din't get it yet. Maybe its not even lasting. I do not think we should do any renaming of pages because of that. It seems to be in development.
