We actually do use the User: namespace for people that aren't using their [[real name]]s, which for us means first and last.  We are not trying to discourage anyone from participating here.  We've just found that it's different to work with people that we know or can get to know, and [[real name]]s is part of that.  So if you choose to follow that convention, then feel free to move this page to your real name.  Otherwise, please move it back to [[User:Garrett]].  Thanks!
