This category has links all over the place from location related categories (and hey "Universities" are clearly "Places"...) but none of wikis with the University category seem to actually be about specific universities... just the idea of education. Thus this category is not a "location relevant link"... meaning I plan to delete all the links from all those pages after time has passed for people to object to the plan. If someone wants the wikis with this category to be browsable "By Location" (perhaps some of those german langauge pages are about universities in Germany? I can't tell...)
